S ince his early childhood, his passion for drawing has evolved into his profession. By constantly perfecting his artistic work over the years, he finally discovered what suited him best. It is on paper that the black ink of his pen comes to life, marking the beginning of his artistic process.
His demanding, precise, and meticulous work requires immense patience and time. Some of his creations are made up of millions of tiny dots, taking weeks, months, or even years to complete. Antoine's inspiration and world are rooted in fragments of his nighttime dreams. He transposes them in different ways, merging pointillism, impressionism, and surrealism.
Each of his illustrations is just a piece of a story, a journey, which only takes on its full meaning through the whole. These stories are not trivial. A small character moves through all these paintings, representing both the “you” and the “me.” He walks from work to work, offering a human scale and revealing the grandeur of the settings that surround him. Hidden in the details, he invites the viewer to find him, thus marking the beginning of a visual adventure.
